Basic Coverage

Yachtracing.us provides:

  • boat and photographer
  • three display terminals for sailors to view photos, sorted by boat
  • daily slideshow
  • reasonable number of photos (~30) for use on the event website and in online and/or print materials created to market the event for future iterations of the same regatta
  • YachtRacing.US is the exclusive photographer promoted by the organizer at any time, in any way
  • photos for local press after the event

Organizer provides:

  • dockage and fuel for photo boat (usually about 5 gallons per day)
  • box lunches for photographer and driver
  • tickets to all regatta events (meals in particular)
  • 8' table and electrical outlet for display
  • display location in high-traffic area
  • entry mailing/email list to Yachtracing.us
  • sponsorship status to YachtRacing.US, with links and logos included whenever/wherever the other sponsors are promoted and on all web pages with the regatta scoring
  • YachtRacing.US is the exclusive photographer promoted by the organizer at any time, in any way

Additional options

Trophy Photos – YachtRacing.US regularly provides on-site printing of high quality photographs and frames for use as trophies. This option also requires 3 weeks lead time for ordering of frames and inscription plaques. Pricing varies depending on number of classes, awards per class, and image sizes. Please contact us for details.

Participant Photos (Downloadable) – YachtRacing.US provides free, high resolution downloads to participants for 3 months from the date of the event. Images will be sorted by fleet (by boat for single class events). Images can be watermarked with title sponsor logos. $50 per boat

Participant Photos (DVD) – YachtRacing.US will mail to the skipper of each boat a DVD with a slideshow or all of the images shot at the regatta in chronological order arranged by fleet (arranged by boat for single class events). DVD will also contain high resolution files of the images in the slide show. Case and DVD menu backgrounds can be festooned with sponsor logos as directed by the organizing authority. OA will provide sponsor logos in EPS, PDF, or AI files no less than 5 business days before regatta start for design and approval of DVD cover. Includes free on line galleries as above. $100 per boat

Daily Press/Website Photos – YachtRacing.US provides daily press photos to our list of press contacts including Scuttlebutt, Sailing Anarchy, Sailing World, and Sail, for online use. PhotoBoat sends photos directly, in time for each publication’s deadline. $200 per race day
